The Balance is home to a super clean gym, new equipment, and experienced coaches. We offer a variety of pricing and training packages for group, semi-private, and private training. By starting with an assessment of your body's current readiness for action, we can create a custom program, tailored to you and your goals.

Strength Training At The Balance Is Different.

What makes us different is our knowledge and ability to customize and integrate our coaching with you as the focus. We will know if you need more stretching, movement, nutrition, or strength leadership. Your workouts will be more effective and you’ll notice it carrying over into other areas of your life.

 Our staff is accredited in This and That and we are the only gym in the southeast doing Functional Range Conditioning. We love geeky trainer stuff and passing on the knowledge to you! You can train in a group, in semi-private sessions, or one-on-one.
