All of our coaches speak the same body language of movement, control, flexibility, and strength, for a leaner, stronger you.

Dede Brignardello, a pillar of the Nashville Pilates scene for over 20 years, heads our Pilates program, teaching in Romana’s Pilates style. The studio has plenty of Gratz equipment as well as the uniquely specialized Gyrotonics machine.
